The Service Department is an integral and vital part of our dealership. We are currently seeking an
individual for the position of Customer Service Manager, reporting to the Group Service Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good grasp of management
principles, and a general knowledge of Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks and their operational needs.The incumbent would be required to take the lead role in managing an efficient and profitable department and must have the ability to supervise, motivate and manage the foreman, technicians, and service writers to provide an organized environment that maintains customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Manager will work closely with other managers as it relates to the quality of workmanship and improved productivity of technicians in order to meet the company’s objectives.
Experience working in a union environment a definite asset, but not required.
